Acquiring and upgrading your skills
Morgana Sailing will guide you through the course work and hands-on experiences that will enable you to sail with the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to truly enjoy sailing adventures.
We provide ISPA accredited courses and can help you achieve certification as Competent Crew or Day Skipper. Check out our ISPA certification page
Upgrading your skills or building on the knowledge you already hold, will instill the confidence to move forward in your sailing experiences. There are many ways that you can upgrade your skills, contact us to arrange an upgrade scenario that will meet your needs.
Cruise and Learn
"Cruise and Learn" sailing provides you with an instructor aboard a sail boat, where you learn basic skills on handling a sail boat while you travel to quiet anchorages, bustling marinas and intriguing islands. A cruise and learn is an excellent means to introduce you to the world of sailing or simply an exciting way to fully experience a sailing adventure with a competent skipper guiding you and insuring a pleasant stay on board the vessel. Located in Comox, BC we are perfectly located to provide Cruise and Learn opportunities exploring Desolation Sound, the Sunshine Coast or the Gulf Islands. We can help you plan a sailing vacation of your dreams.
Youth Sailing Adventures
Looking for an adventure for your children during the summer? We can help! We offer from 3 to 5 day young person's sailing adventures. Your child will learn about sailing, gain the skills and knowledge needed to sail and be a part of a crew. We offer day sail opportunities as well as over-night adventures on week-ends or week-days. Contact us to schedule a summer experience that your child will cherish forever.
Women's sail adventures
Looking for something that will provide you with an introduction to sailing? Perhaps a way to upgrade your skills or a safe and gentle experience on the water?
We provide women only Cruise and Learn experiences using women's ways of learning to enable you to feel safe, heard and empowered as you learn the skills and knowldege to crew a sail boat.
Whatever your skill level, we can provide 3 - 10 day Cruise and Learn adventures with a female skipper who will gently guide you to the next level of sailing expertise. Contact us to make your sailing dreams come true.
